Parking wars on Gophers football gameday

Local business owners are getting the shaft from City Council so far this season.  They’re being prevented from selling parking spaces on Gopher football game days by being cited with tickets and fines.  When attempting to follow the popper channels and obtain a permit, city council is simply denying everything.  Government on their high horse if you ask me.
